Yama means To Be Open Also the more quiet the mind is the more open it is. In the Dao of Pooh Pooh and everyone learns to fall with the fall and flow with the flow.

What flows like water; reflects like a mirror; and responds like an echo?
· River (ans.) A river flows (water), reflects(when is controlled), and responds (a valley) If a river is not controlled in will not be able flow, reflect, and respond.
We should be controlled to reflect, flow, and respond (like a river).
