Chapter 2 Tao of Pooh

All characters use their knowledge differently. Pooh, Rabbit, Eeyore and Owl are lost in a forest. Rabbit trying to be clever makes up directions repeatedly to go back home. While Eyore complains without stopping and while owl pretends to be wise, Pooh just is. He is the most natural and useful. He has the most fun but also gets the most done at the same time.

Moral : Pooh uses knowledge to be useful ( has the most fun ). Eeyore uses knowledge to complain (can be annoying ), Rabbit uses knowledge to be clever ( can be sarcastic and witty, may be pleasant only for a short period of time), Owl uses knowledge to pretend to be wise ( Fake Only pleasant for a short period of time ) Everyone has to use knowledge to be useful ( you can have more fun ).

Being Pleasant

· To be pleasant you have to be comfortable with all another way is to listen more and talk less.

· Personalities of an unpleasant person are Complaining (Eeyore) ,Being Clever (Rabbit (sarcasm)) ,Pretending to be wise (Owl).

· You must be comfortable to all even the ones you don’t know *Think about them not being pleasant. You wouldn’t feel that great*

Practice

· We repeated words such as anger and love. We discovered that what you say has an effect on our thoughts and actions.

· We did Savasana ( relaxation and energy booster )
