Notes by Ira Mehta
- Traffic happens when people don’t follow the rules and costs billions of dollars each year.
- Not following the rules is when your mind is stronger and following the rules is when your intellect is stronger.
- Listening to mind is uncool, listening to your intellect is being cool!
- People who follow the rules are stronger than those who don’t.
- Listen to your intellect
- Following the rules should happen naturally and it will make you happy
- Whenever you’re compelled to do something, if it comes from the outside, you may feel forced to do it but when inclination comes from the inside, it brings happiness.
- Materials don’t change but our minds change.

Why does traffic happen? It happens because most people driving are distracted, or people aren’t following the rules.
In 2017 in the US traffic cost them 305 billion dollars.
People who follow the rules are stronger than the people who don’t.
Following rules should come naturally.
Intellect vs Mind Practice
Go wash the dishes or Sweep the entrance of your home for 5 whole minutes.
When you are doing things cheerfully that mean you are listening to your intellect and you are strong.
When you do things when your cranky you are listening to your mind and you are being weak.
