When you are most natural you are most strong. Else, you are weak
This week’s value — Being Accepting
1- Acceptance is accepting whatever is in front of you. ( Struggles, fall outs, successes, etc.)
2- What do you see everyday, that helps you see?
- The most accepting object in our lives is a mirror. Whatever you show to a mirror it will accept and show everything to you back.
- When you don’t accept a situation or an emotion the first feeling you get is annoyance. Annoyance can then turn into anger, a feeling that can make you not think and act clearly.
Conclusion: Where there is acceptance there is no annoyance or anger.
Practice:
We wrote about all of our fall outs with anyone. Then we wrote how the person helped us in any way. Journaling can make us become more accepting and loving.
