Summary of last session (January 27) By Shri Mayank Patel.
Shri Vijayji explained that in thousands of years may be one kathakar in millions can address our biggest confusion of not understanding the meaning and relationship between death and birth of past life and this life. Then referred 105-3 that the Lord never ask for seva and 106-1 that shishyas should not ask questions before serving guru then continue to how gracefully Ma Parvati saying to Shivji.
106-4: O Lord of the Universe (Viswanath-Viswagura), my Master (personal guru) purari (destroyer of ego) and slayer of Tripurasur (Three egos of body). O Lord, all beings, Nagas, men and gods of three lokas serve you knowing your glory.
Do-107: O my Lord, you are all powerful, wise, blissful (Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram) and a repository of all arts, virtues, yoga, wisdom and dispassion that your name is a Kalpavruksh (wish-yielding tree) to all who totally surrender to you.
Because of our sat-buddhi (that samsara is permanent) and sach-buddhi (that samsara give happiness), vairagya cannot be attained.
107-1: O blissful Lord if you are pleased with me and know me to be your faithful servant (guru-shishya relation) then my Master (eternal consort), disperse my ignorance by telling me Lord Raghus’ (Lord Rama) stories.
107-2: Why one should suffer of desires though at wish-yielding tree. Thinking of that and while holding moon with its spot, O Lord, clear great confusion of my mind.
107-3: Suffering is no knowledge of Paramartha, the Brahman. The sages speak of Rama as Brahman are the shrotas, vaktas and gyatas of Nirgun brahman. Sesa, Saravati, Vedas and puranas praise Sagun Brahman. Here Shri Vijayji say for Vedanta students the mahamantra for mananam is “Gunas born and die, come and go” and so knowing Rama Tatva is very very important than Ramji (Guna).
107-4: O Lord, you keep remembering Rama all the time. Is that Rama being the same as the son of the King of Ayodhya or the other unborn and imperceptible being?
Do-108: If he is king’s son then how he be Brahman? And if he were Brahman then how could he lose his mind upon loss of his wife? My mind gets confused seeing his acts and hearing his glory. God helps those who hear from guru.
108-1: O Lord, tell me if there is any other desireless, all-pervading Brahman. Be not angry but wipe out my ignorance.
108-2: I could see Ma Sita always right beside Rama all along he was searching for her in the forest. Even while I witnessed Rama’s glory, I did not understand it as my mind was so impure (I am the body is the impure).
108-3: I still have some doubts and I humbly request you with joined palms. O Lord, you explained me then in many ways but I did not understand. Please be not angry.
108-4: I have no delusion now and I like to hear story of Rama as I surrender totally. So O Lord of immortals, having Sesa as ornament, tell me about sacred virtues of Rama. (Nirgun Brahman, Sagun Brahman, Madhav avtar and Vishnu avtar, are all Rama)
Do-109: I place my head on the ground adoring your feet with joined palms request you to explain me how Vedas’ siddhamta (the conclusion of the revealed text) describe rama Tatva.
Shri Vijayji explained the reason for deciding 5-year old Ram Lalla for pran-pratishtha in Ayodhya and referred to Uttarkand to look for it and paying homage there is upasana.
