Class 8 — In Sanskrit, we explored the value of Sama.
Class 9 — Our “uncomfortable RAW” was to wash our hands and take baths in only cold/cool water.

Class 11 — In English, the value we explored was being natural.
Class 12 — What sees everywhere and helps us see everywhere is a mirror.
Class 13 — Japa means being honest.
Class 14 — Our natural practice was deep breathing (pranayama).
Class 15 — The hero engaged in Vrata (being determined) was Dhruva.
Class 16 — The 3 thieves that steal our happiness are regrets of the past, anxieties of the future, and excitement in the present.
Class 17 — A practice to be open is to be expressive.
