· Being Devoted

o When you’re devoted you would do anything to succeed. Ex. Kobe Bryant practiced everyday with great devotion to what he was doing to succeed.

o We all have to capture and find our potential (energy / enthusiasm). Engineers in Niagara falls captured the waters potential by creating electricity with Hydro Plants.

· From the Tao of Pooh

o There are three animals that are fully devoted in what they do.

§ The Turtle — A turtle sits comfortably ready to move

§ The Pigeon — A pigeon walks carefully

§ The Dog — A dog sleeps cheerfully

These animals devote their actions to sleeping, sitting and walking. When you are devoted you would be like these animals.

Practice: We walked like a pigeon all around the house
