Review
What advice are your parents always saying:
“Listen carefully” — listening carefully is good but understanding comes from observing and listening carefully

This Week’s Values:
mudita — being fun (41st value)
amaya — being straight (sitting/standing) (42nd value)

  • When you can’t laugh at yourself the whole world laughs at you because you’re being to serious about yourself
  • Learn to laugh at yourself
  • A person who’s complex gets easily side tracked
  • Someone who’s amaya doesn’t get side tracked and is focused

Practice
Mudita — VivekJi told some jokes and since we had to practice being fun we had to laugh at all the jokes
Amaya — touch all the straight objects in the room and say “amaya”

RAW: Everyday learn and tell a joke (memorize the joke and tell it)
