RAW for Jan 25, 2024-Look at photographs of yourself from 2019, i.e. pre-pandemic and reflect on them
Reflections:

  • The pictures show me happy with Circumstances.
  • But i could sense an urge of what next and wanting to create happiness for me and others around me and a sense of wanting to do something every moment.
  • After several sessions of Vedantic teaching going through me, i feel a sense of calmness- don’t need to do something to be happy. i feel grateful that Bhagavan is looking at me and so, looking after me. Don’t feel the urge to visit places, temples or even meet people to make me happy.

Say out loud “custom-designed” many times throughout your daySomeone of the same generation who nourishes you – custom-designedSomeone of the younger generation who challenges you – custom-designedThis really does work – in the sense, that even if the situation was very trying, i could step back, slow down and see the big picture – yes, all “custom-designed” for me – and i could accept ABCs. What a wonderful teaching to evolve!!!
