Course Description:

This course is designed to explore the wisdom found in slowing down and inquiring daily to build a lasting sense of inner quietude, regardless of external noise to create a more fulfilling life. Through weekly meetings, students will learn simple ways to apply Sanatana Dharma through Kindle Life by Swami Chinmayananda. Students will be part of a discussion group in which they they will interact weekly with fellow students during class. 

This course will be guided by Brahmacharini Kritika

Seeker/Student profile (for whom this course is most suitable):

This course is designed for evolving adults who want to unlearn busy living, and nurture intentional living. No prior experience or knowledge is required.

Weekly Commitment:

Class takes place on Zoom every Wednesday from 9:oop -10:00p ET (holidays will be announced in class in advance)

  1. 1 hour per week of class
  2. 10 mins per day of writing on personalizing from each class
  3.  This course requires a commitment to regular weekly attendance, active listening, and active participation in small group discussion.

About our Guide:

Brahmacharini Kritika Chaitanya was born in Toronto, Canada. After studying International Development Studies and Philosophy at the University of Toronto and engaging in much social work and volunteerism, she joined the 2nd Residential Vedanta Course at Chinmaya Mission Trinidad and Tobago Ashram in 2013. After a year and a half of studying the highest knowledge and Sanskrit under the guidance of Pujya Swami Prakashanandaji, she has committed herself to serving Chinmaya Mission. She is currently posted in Trinidad, conducting public satsangas and classes for adults, seniors and young females, and assisting with Ashram activities and enterprises.
