Course Description:

Take the guesswork out of  habit-building with our Guide, Shankarji! Join us as Shankarji unveils practical, step-by-step frameworks for developing habits that promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This course will explore tools and strategies inspired by James Clear’s Atomic Habits, offering you actionable insights to transform your routines and achieve lasting success.

Seeker/Student profile (for whom this course is most suitable):

This Course is designed for individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are eager to make positive, healthy changes in their lifestyle.

Weekly Commitment:

Class takes place on zoom every Wednesday from 9pm-10pm ET (holidays will be announced in class in advance)

  1. Compared to the value you’ll get, the content won’t take you long at all! If you can find 60 mins a week to join the session and commit few more minutes to reflect/apply, you’ll see big benefits.
  2. You’ll also have some optional reflection / application activities that you can complete while you’re doing other things, or they will actually help you to create time.
  3. In reality, as you work on establishing your habits – you will find that you will be making more time for other things!

  1. Defining the person you aspire to be
  2. Recognizing the necessary changes to achieve this vision
  3. Developing actionable strategies to implement these changes
  4. Making lifestyle adjustments that are both effortless and sustainable
