Virtue : Acceptance
Acceptance is being okay with whatever comes your way.
Anger is something else for your own emotion.
We are angry when something doesn’t go our way.
How do you overcome Anger?
To overcome anger, you have to be accepting.
To accept something or someone, you have to see the positive in it or them.
You become happy if you see something positive, because you will start seeing it in yourself.
To be happy WE need to change.
You don’t depend on something else to be happy.
HAPPINESS COMES FROM WITHIN!!!!!!

This week in happy hour we talked about anger. Anger is actually blaming the things around us, and when you feel you are right, and someone or something else around you is wrong. The virtue we talked about is acceptance. Acceptance is being okay with whatever happens. A good way to accept things is to be optimistic.
The reflection adventure of the week is every time you make a non-important decision, flip a coin.
