Review/ Virtue of the week: Uparama (Understanding)

Last week we were learning about Uparama which is the virtue of understanding, being able to see things from another person’s perspective.

Practice and Significance

Shankar Ji asked us how we see things from a computer’s perspective. He told us to go on a website called Scratch, a coding website. Coding is giving instructions in a language the computer can understand. He told us we were going to make a story using code. We added two characters and a background image for the story. We placed specific coding blocks to make our characters talk and take turns speaking. From the computer’s perspective, it must perform the instructions we give.

RAW (Reflection Adventure of the Week)

Make our own story on Scratch with a theme of understanding.
