Yoga is a practice in being balanced so we can be our best. To follow through with Yoga, observe and know the quality of thoughts. Selfish thoughts make one dependently joyous and regress. Selfless thoughts help one progress toward Independent Joy.  Practice going from negative to noble to no thoughts.

When one does not follow Yoga comprehensively, the inner world succumbs to the power of the ego. The ego identifies with ever-changing thoughts. Through this identification, one feels separate and is pulled away from the foundation – Consciousness.
