Class 1 — More important than learning about the world is learning about –happiness or ourselves.

Class 14 — Our natural practice was deep breathing (pranayama).

Class 15 — The hero engaged in Vrata (being determined) was Dhruva.

Class 16 — The 3 thieves that steal our happiness are regrets of the past, anxieties of the future, and excitement in the present.

Class 17 — A practice to be open is to be expressive.
